Here are a few 'official' words about the Synchrony: Outside the Mainstream CD, as requested. Sorry that it took so long. Hope they work for you!

Synchrony's 'Outside the Mainstream' provides soaring instrumentals that resonate with musical triumph. The skillful guitar playing and production are evident on every vivid piece. Each song creates an incredibly detailed sonic landscape in the listener's mind

Synchrony's record "Outside the Mainstream" truly surprised me.  It's melodic instrumentals are impressive from start to finish.

Hey,
Just checking in. Sorry about the delay, but there was a clerical mistake that kept me from getting the album reviewed.

I reviewed it today, and I must say, it was one of the coolest discs I've ever heard.  With instrumental guitar styles that resemble great artists like Gary Hoey, Marty Friedman, and Eric Johnson.  The orchestral accompaniment compliments the heavy guitar licks.  The mood changes
throughout the 15 track album, from high intensity in "Choir of Angles" to the ambient flowing rhythm of "Outside the Mainstream," the title track. A formal meeting will be scheduled in the next few days, we'll get together with others to discuss rotation.  Synchrony is most definitely getting my
vote.

Thanks,
Jeff Mudry

Hi Lorraine,

Andy here at WSVA 590am in lower Manhattan. I have received the new Synchrony, and it is in medium rotation. Our DJ's hear seem to be liking it, it's been pretty consistently played for the past two weeks. Actually, it charted here last week at number nine. Anything else I can help you out with?

THE OTHER DAY IN THE STUDENT UNION BUILDING THERE WAS WHAT I THOUGHTWAS SOME BACKGROUND MUSIC PLAYING. PROBLEM WAS, IT KEPT CAPTURING MY ATTENTION. WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS BEING PLAYED , I WAS TOLD "OUTSIDE THE MAINSTREAM" BY THIS GUY FROM NT NAMED SYNCHRONY. THAT'S ALL THE INFO I GOT, BUT THEN I GOT MY OWN COPY AND LISTENED TO IT ONE MORNING.

I TELL YA , I LOVED THE INTERPLAY OF THE INSTRUMENTS THAT SEEMED TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO "MY LIFE" IN SOME WAY. AS IF WE ARE ALL ON A JOURNEY, AND THIS WAS MUSIC THAT REFLECTED IT. I WRITE THIS TO SHARE WITH MY FELLOW STUDENTS A NEW MUSICAL FORM.

THE MAN IS HONEST AND THERE IS A SMALL STORY TO EVERY SONG INSIDE THE SLEEVE. TO LET THOSE PEOPLE OUT THERE WITH OPEN MINDS AND HEARTS , THERE'S A NEW STYLE, OF MUSIC. IF YA LIKE PINK FLOYD, IF YA LIKE , THE FULLNESS AND RICHNESS OF SOUND. GIVE THIS GUY A TRY. HE'S SINCERE REAL AND THE MOST TALENTED MUSIC I'VE HEARD SINCE , UMM,  WHAT'S THEIR NAME!

So this morning I look in the pile of discs sitting on the filing cabinet awaiting language review our dial position is so close to a Christian station  we know have a listener base that records programs to listen to at a different hour, FCC evidence to sink us if we're not careful). But Synchrony is an exciting instrumental album deserving overplay and it now is in the control room "new shelf" for three months of tracked airplay. Programmers here are allowed the choice of what to play and lean more towards the Jazz/Blues side of the spectrum, but I'll be pointing it out as often as I can as I'm impressed by it. Thanks,

Hello Synchrony,

Actually, I did listen to some of your 2 CD's and looked at your short video
presentation, just before I left town for Thanksgiving week.  You have a
unique style, and I think it's pretty cool that you play all of the
instruments.

I find it interesting that you are getting airplay at college radio stations

Tim,

I'm listening to Synchrony as I type;  if the rest of the CD sounds as
good as Track #1, it's definitely going in rotation.
Considering what I've been listening to today, it's a _very_ pleasant
surprise.  My ears and I thank you!
